Born in Huntington, WV, my parents moved our family to Myrtle Beach, SC, in 1978, where I grew up, enjoying the relaxing beach lifestyle associated with the area. Serving people in the low country of SC where I have called home for 40+ years makes my career more meaningful and fulfilling. Clients are my highest priority, and I am determined to not only help them buy or sell a home, but also to be their life-long real estate contact and hopefully their family and friends.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, I spent 20+ years in senior leadership with a multi-billion dollar company focused on sales, service, and employee development. This experience and training has translated well into the real estate world by allowing me to be highly proficient in customer service, marketing, and negotiation skills. This allows me to provide an elite level of services that exceeds my client's expectations.

With a Bachelor's degree in finance from Coastal Carolina University, I possess a recognized strength in financial savvy with excellent valuation, pricing, and analytical skills. I leverage this expertise and extensive knowledge of the local markets to educate and guide my clients, effectively empowering them to make well-informed decisions.
